I have over 25 years experience working with people in Criminal justice and Mental health. I believe that people can make changes as long as they are given the courage to do so.
In the 1990's I trained as a social worker and went on in 2003-07 to train in advanced psychotherapy at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherpy.
In 2012 I created and developed the award winning HOPE Project, an NHS funded mental health recovery service. I have practised privately for 7 years and I have trained in Transactional analysis and Psychodynamic interpersonal therapy. I am a member of the BACP
